Bloodbath is the main focus there, If i wanna throw axes then I take Buzz Axe Bombardier and Fuel The Blood and reach both Bloodsplosion and Release The beast. I would probably go with a reflection build. The high survivability combined with damage output and maya's ability to slag everything with abandon seems well suited to solo play. Tho it does publicly need an answer for melee enemies...

Certainly story missions, progressing the character etc. I play with friends, but usually as support in their games. I don't know what class mods / weapons / relics you are using. Your skills build will depend on these.
With Maya, I'd say start with the healing tree first, thennn as you get up to in levels you can spread them out. After a certain point it'll get too hard to kill things & when you're there dump everything into cataclysm & put some in the first healing skill on the right for the healing tree, those orbs.Maya Skill Tree Builder. Now I feel like giving some points into the harmony skill tree is obligatory for health regeneration (I don't have any items which reg my health over time). Especially bossfights feel impossible without.Skills: Suspension + Elated and leave the enemy phaselocked for as long as possible. Sweet Release - So you get more healing after killint said phaselocked enemy. Restoration - not much use getting above 2-3 points here. Handy skill for healing teammates reviving you. Quicken - more Phaselock = more healing.
